For certain bottles brands an adapter is needed in order to fit the warmer onto the bottle. When ordering you can choose your own bottle brand and make sure you get the right fit. If your bottle is not on the bottle brand list, then simply select 'Other Brand' before adding it to your cart.

The time it takes to warm up your liquid depends on the amount of liquid you are trying to heat, ambient temperature, and which temperature you want.
Normally it takes anywhere from 5-10 mins.
If you're using multiple bottle brands, it might be possible that you need multiple adapters. If you need multiple adapters please contact us before placing your order. You can contact us via live chat or support@mybambinis.com
If your order is already placed and shipped out and you still need an additional adapter, we kindly ask you to cover the shipping fee.
There are many ways of sterilizing and cleaning the MyBambini's Bottle Warmer Pro™, please choose one that fits your situation.
1. Remove the rubber ring, fill the stainless steel part with boiling water, let it sit for 2 minutes and repeat for at least 5 times. After 10 minutes your MyBambini's Bottle Warmer Pro™ will be perfectly sterilized.
2. You may use your dishwashing soap to wash the stainless steel part that comes into contact with the liquids. However, please ensure that the rubber ring is removed and charging port cover is closed when washing it under the tap.
3. If you have a UV sterilizer at home, you can easily use it to sterilize the stainless steel surface of the MyBambini's Bottle Warmer Pro™.
Please NEVER immerse the MyBambini's Bottle Warmer Pro™ in water or any other liquids.
Once at the required temperature, MyBambini's Bottle Warmer Pro™ will retain the water temperature for up to 5-6 hours. You can heat up a bottle 5-10 times. Creating heat takes a lot of energy so if you are using smaller amounts of liquid you can get more heatings for each charge. When using refrigerated liquid it will take longer to heat and pull a lot more energy from the battery.
The MyBambini's Bottle Warmer Pro™ works with pre-made formula. When using ready to feed formula 120ml and larger, it may takes longer than the 5-10 minutes as described in our instructions.
The MyBambini's Bottle Warmer Pro™ can only heat when there is water in the bottle warmer. When the sensor in the bottle warmer doens't recoqnize that there is not enough water inside, it will automatically stop heating. To avoid this, please keep the bottle in a upright position.
There is a small chance that your bottle warmer is leaking. To avoid this it's recommended to remove the seal, clean the base product, dry and replace the seal ring between every warming cycle. Ensure the seal is replaced correctly and creates a comfortable fit. If you are using an adapter, please make sure to clean it as well between cycles.
Please note: Some bottles require that the seal ring is placed in the upside down position to ensure correct seal.
The
MyBambini's VitaBlend Pro™ has a build in feature that requires you to screw
the cup tightly to the juicer. If it’s too loose the blades won’t turn on.
